Love, Kindness are reserved
for friends, family, loved
we nurture, feed, raise, entertain
Like the fine china in showcase
pulled out for others, never self
so becomes kindness to self – rare
dusted and pulled out for use
for others for loved we care
neglecting self , last on priority list
Oxygen mask needs self-use
before trying to help, save other
When sprinkling perfume on other
self is touched with the essence too
kindness is the oxygen
needed to be directed to self
the one fulfilled, satisfied, joyous
will gurgle, flow, love more
